Effective 3 October 2026. My Society Management is provided by Webgodzilla. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the community rules.

Your account and society

Use accurate information and an email you control. Society administrators are responsible for roster accuracy, permissions, authorised committee positions and content they upload. Do not impersonate another person or attempt to access another society’s records. Only upload material you have authority to use.

What the service does

The app helps organise records, billing, documents, approval workflows, communication and advisory polls. It does not operate a bank account, guarantee collection, provide a statutory election system, replace professional advice or certify compliance with Maharashtra or other society laws. Your society remains responsible for applicable procedures, calculations, resolutions and approvals.

Billing and approvals

Check imported member amounts and template rules before issuing invoices. Treasurer release confirmation records a payment made outside the app; it does not execute or independently verify a bank transfer. Printed names are not cryptographic digital signatures.

Member access

Stage 1 access does not require a paid subscription. Society roles and permissions continue to apply.

Google Drive and AI

You retain responsibility for the connected Drive account, storage capacity and sharing permissions. App access and Drive sharing are separate. AI drafts may be incomplete or incorrect and require human review before saving or acting on them.

Acceptable use

Follow the community rules. We or society managers may restrict abusive use or hide content. Report suspected misuse to support. Do not disrupt the service, upload malware or attempt to bypass permissions.

Availability and responsibility

Internet access and third-party services are required. Features may be temporarily unavailable. Keep appropriate independent backups of important society records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
