How it works

  1. Use the app’s Account & privacy form, or email support from your registered email with the subject “My Society Management account deletion”. Do not send passwords.
  2. We verify ownership and review the account and associated personal data. If you cannot access the registered email, contact support for an alternative ownership check.
  3. We confirm what will be removed and identify any society financial/audit records or other data that must be retained and the applicable reason.

The current build queues requests for Webgodzilla to process. It does not instantly erase your account. Contact support with the request number for status.

Your account data

Account identifiers and personal content are reviewed for deletion. Society-owned financial records, approval histories, audit trails and security/legal records may require retention. Drive files are controlled by the connected society account; tell us which personal files your request covers. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
